Where we deliver

We deliver by courier to street addresses throughout South Africa. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. International orders are accepted on request, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery charges

Delivery is a flat R199 per order anywhere in South Africa and free on orders of R1 500 or more. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once dispatched, standard courier delivery generally takes a further 2–4 working days to main centres and slightly longer to outlying areas.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, load shedding and public holidays can affect them. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed from the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where the courier provides them.

Receiving your order

Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. Please inspect the parcel before signing, if a piece is visibly damaged, note it on the waybill and refuse delivery, then contact us the same day.

If the courier cannot deliver because nobody is available or the address details are incorrect, a re-delivery fee may apply.
