2. Agreement

By browsing or buying from this store you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colour may vary slightly between screens. Our pieces are decorative items made from natural and hand-finished materials, so small variations in grain, tone and finish are characteristic and not defects.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, and to withdraw or change items without notice. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale comes into effect only once we accept your order and dispatch it. Payment is taken at checkout through a secure payment gateway. We do not see or store your card details.

5. Availability

All items are subject to availability. If a piece is unavailable after you have paid, we will offer you an alternative or refund you in full.

6. Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

All content on this site — including images, text, and the HMT Home name and logo — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
